Courses that implement OER save students money and improve student learning outcomes. OER encourages collaboration among instructors and scholars. Open Educational Resources are available freely online and are licensed for others to retain, reuse, revise, remix, and redistribute.

OER Network supports the Open Textbook Library, and is an open education community of both vision and practice.
SPARC
SPARC supports systems for research and education that are open by default and equitable by design.

MERLOT
The MERLOT system provides access to curated online learning and support materials and content creation tools, led by an international community of educators, learners and researchers.
OASIS
Openly Available Sources Integrated Search (OASIS) is a search tool for open educational resources (OER). OASIS currently searches open content from 52 different sources and contains 155,375 records.
